MARVEL RACE POSTER

In the early desgining process of the outfits, I made an illustration featuring three characters that was used as a teaser.
Using references from cyber punk movies the idea was to create a futuristic dirty street look.

In the early desgining process of the outfits, I made an illustration featuring three characters that was used as a teaser.
Using references from cyber punk movies the idea was to create a futuristic dirty street look.
The main characters was also choosen from Marvel Guardians of the Galaxy movie; featuring Iron Man, Mantis and Nebula.
The design process was done mainly digital but there were also some previous hand sketches.
Aditional to clothes i designed the shoes for each caracter, taking as reference modern nike, balenciaga and buffalo london snikers.
Looking for a punk look the background has to be full of graffittis, dirt, stickers and adding to the main concept advertising posters, talking about AI and loneliness.
Moreover one of my main goals was to create an atmosphere that catch the cold and agressive feeling of a city at night. So i decide to include rain, puddles and stains.
With the "Ramen Express" restaurant as background, i add a lot of ligth sources to give a wide color range to the full picture and since I think the details give the magic touch, i put special attention to reflexes and smoke.
